Why all the warning lights after replacing rear rotor. Why wont it bleed fluid properly

06 HiHy. Replaced rear calipers, pads, and rotors Started to bleed ok and then it started to just dribble when open with firm pedal Also, vsc,traction, and warning lights are on Drives ok? Unhooked and re-connected batt. and lights still on Batt has been at 100% charge

What makes this problem better or worse?

Cars been running perfect
