What is your question?
Have found the crankshaft timing marks for the crankshaft and the cams don't line up but both cam marks do line up together. I'm thinking the crankshaft is out of time and needs to be adjusted. Do I remove old belt and rotate crankshaft clockwise till #1 is @ TDC, then install new belt?

• 3.3L 3MZ-FE V6 W/ V VTi – Interference IF you’re routinely replacing the timing belt as scheduled maintenance on a running engine - before belt removal setting crankshaft to TDC should correctly align both camshafts as well.. I don’t know what else to suggest at this point without more details.
With camshafts properly aligned with respective timing marks - IF you need to ‘tweak’ the crankshaft just a bit for TDC alignment - it should be ok to do so.. RE-CHECK ALL TIMING MARK ALIGNMENT AFTER TENSIONING TIMING BELT ! Good luck!
