Is the check engine light on also? If so , have that diagnosed first , if not , you will need to have the ABS/VSC (traction or vehicle stability control) system scanned and you can post code(s) here if needed.check for fuel leaks , with fuel cap off and bic lighter by the filler neck..........
I had my dealership tackle this since I had a feeling that the VSC light went on a week after I had repairs done. They literally reconnected the air hose (or something highly simple like that). I'd recommend opening up the hood and seeing if something is obviously loose. Dealership charged me something like $50 (ugh!). I understand it took time away from their mechanics, etc. but it was a quick fix. Anyway, I took the bill back to the original repair place and casually confronted them about doing something intential (by making an open-ended statement that I'm sure it was an accident, etc.) and they put a credit on my card in the amount the dealer charged! I'll keep the original repair place knowing them I put them on-notice to try something slick like that again with me. The WHOLE reason I suspected something fishy (in addition to the timing) was that they had big posters in English & Spanish alerting customers that they could "fix" engine repair lights and lo & behold a week later my check engine light was on. By doing something that wasn't "too dangerous" to set it off in "about a week".
