What is your question?
I just did a "cold air intake" and everytbing seems to ne connected right just when i start it it dies immediately. We figured thay if we close off half the piping it stays at a choppy idle. We tried resetting the efi fuse to no evail.
What makes this problem better or worse?
If we have it take in less air it stays at an idle as oppose to dying immediately
How long has your 2015 Toyota Corolla had this problem?
A few hours

With respect: what on earth are you trying to accomplish by adding a "cold air intake" to this vehicle?! Restore the vehicle to factory condition and you will have no further issue.
I could not agree more!! Do yourself a favor and remove that gadget and replace the stock assembly - hopefully you can return the “cold air intake” thing. These things are simply a sales gimmick and have been DYNO proven not to increase performance or mpg - in fact just the opposite typically occurs.
Yeah I know - they ‘look’ cool - some people think anyway.
