What is your question?
The USB input below the radio that is used to connect a smart phone or other device is no longer working. Not only is charging the device finicky, but it disconnects if there is even a slight tug on the USB connector, or I drive over a bump. I have tried different cords, and I still have the problem. It's very annoying because sometimes I'd rather not go through the hassle of using bluetooth, but I'm forced to because the USB connection is so tenuous. Vehicle: 2014 Toyota Corolla, about 100,000 miles. Starting having this problem 40,000 miles ago, probably.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's always a problem - jostling or hitting a bump makes it worse
How long has your 2014 Toyota Corolla had this problem?
