After changing my transmission fluid and using normal CVT fluid I have no acceleration at all it takes me so long to get up to speed but once I'm up to speed on the highway I can maintain but at a higher RPM 75 miles per hour is flight 4002 4500 RPMs could this be because of the wrong CVT fluid I know the right amount is in there so what else could it be

Please do not drive the vehicle, you could damage your transmission. If possible please bring the vehicle in for a free inspection of the fluid and to review the compatibility of the fluid you used. Well it's a little late for that. I've put 4200 miles on it since. I know the required fluid is cvtf fe . But getting it from toyota I'd.. difficult . It's a non-serviceable transmission so I have been told which I'm guessing means only Toyota supposed to work on it, hence which is why I changed my own fluid
