What is your question?
I have 2013 Toyota Corolla, and I need to get some winter tires. I have found someone willing to sell a 1 year set of tires. My car uses 195/65R15 tires and the winter tires can I can are 185/65R15. Would this cause a problem? The parking brake or hand brake light keeps flickering on and off while I drive. It tends to come on when I accelerate and sometimes goes off when I brake. I do not notice my speed change when it flickers. Any advice on what this could be? I would like to know a little bit before I take it to the mechanic and they inundate me with foreign car terms.
How long has your 2013 Toyota Corolla had this problem?
A few months, thought there may have been some condensation on the sensor.

You should consider purchasing new tires in correct size - *tread depth* is critical while driving during slick road conditions. Brake fluid level in master cylinder is likely low - which is causing the light in dash to “flicker†on / off while vehicle is in motion..
