On some turns I hear pop, pop. pop as I turn?

What is your question?

My mechanic did my whole suspension shocks, struts, all sched maint for suspension. When turning L or R I hear a knocking, or popping sound? This happens Only on a u turn or turning when pulling out form a drive way . I have paid a lot of money trying to have this fixed.

What makes this problem better or worse?
