I've lost complete a/c system, turn signals & windows won't roll down. At once.

Best thing to do first is have the fuses tested! .. Usually, 'most' people have no idea how to do that so suggest having it done at an automobile repair shop... That is especially true 'IF' the vehicle has been jump started just prior to the occurrence OF this problem...(?)
