Heat and a/c stopped blowing completely...changed blower motor blower resistor checked relay and fuse...all good. Still not coming on HELP!!

Assuming the air conditioning system is functional: Start engine - turn blower switch to high - now push A/C switch on - do the radiator fans and A/C compressor turn on as they should - - not concerned with the blower at this time.
