Assuming the air conditioning system is functional: Start engine - turn blower switch to high - now push A/C switch on - do the radiator fans and A/C compressor turn on as they should - - not concerned with the blower at this time.
You’ll need to reply with test results before I can help.. Otherwise - good luck!
That simple test will confirm power is actually available from dash control to the blower motor.. Again - good luck!
