2007 corolla tail lights keep blowing fuses, any ideas? bulbs are fine, center brake light, turn signals and head lights work.

▪️Front parking lamps are an integral part of the headlight assemblies▪️ ALL *parking lights* - front AND rear (“tail lights”) share the same fuse!

They are wrapped in elec tape, should I carefully remove tape and look for bare spots and kinks?
