My car is sputtering and it loses power eventually it levels out what does that mean

My car is shaking I replaced my spark plugs checked my coils and cleaned my maf sensor but the problem still remains could it be a dirty or faulty throttle body

What makes this problem better or worse?

It's worse when the engine is cold it shakes real bad in reverse or on the brakes
