Make SURE the coolant is at proper level ... (FULL)!!!!

My toyota did this too. It was blowing cold air when the car was stopped. I had a leak in my system and it does this when its low on coolant. check your levels first and add collant but not while the engine is hot otherwise you can crack your engine block and find out if you have a possible leak.
