How much should i expect to pay for control arm replacement for my corolla

i have a 2003 corolla also with 145,000 miles on it never needed control arm.did you happen to be in a accident at any point?I just dont see that needing to be replaced unless it is bent.now maybe the bushings might need to be replaced.I would question this repair.
