What is your question?
The other lights such as the foggy lights and bright lights are working properly, but just that the headlights are not working. These lights went off in June this year, 2015 after 3 months I bought this vehicle and used it.

do you have power to the headlight sockets, when they are turned on?fuses been checked?no low beam or no high beam?should be 4 bulbs total.
The fuses seems ok when i checked it. Of course there are 4 bulbs altogether in the set. Both low and high beam aren't working at all. Please help..
just saying 4 bulbs, cause some toyotas have only 2 bulbs,hi and low beam in the same bulb.you stated in the question that the brights were working?first of all, don't assume that the fuses seem ok,either pull them out and/or check them with a test light or volt meter.then make sure you have power to the bulb sockets.that's a starting point!
Ok right, total of 4 bulbs with 2 each on both sides of the vehicle. I understand that if a fuse is blown, there will be a break between the wire connecting both ends, but as I've seen none is the case. I even bought two new fuses with the same ratings and slot them in but the problem still stays. Otherwise, other lights such as the emergency, foggy and bright lights are working soundly.Apart from fuses, what other problems that may affect the light from operating? Please if you could detail the procedures step-by-step so that I may fix the problem. Greatly appreciate your help
if the fuse is not blown and you have battery voltage on both sides of the fuse and the headlight relay is working(you will here it clicking)then you should have battery voltage at the low beam(outside bulb sockets).if NOT suspect headlight switch is bad and needs replaced.google the part number below, see what the switch looks like. Headlight Switch Part Number: SW3620 Warranty: Limited Lifetime Application: With fog lamps Price: $105.99
Thanks Steviee, will now do that; will check with the auto dealers and purchase one and install it. Will let you know should the problem persist?
ok,but don't go spend that kind of money until you check the things i stated in last post.
