Our car is very sluggish and can barely push 40mph, how can I fix it?

Have you had your battery changed just about the time it started up doing this? If so it is probably a 10Amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood. There might even be a spare on in the box. Check the printing on the inside of the lid for the spare.
