My car will only start when it is jumped.

What is your question?

My car won't start without being jumped. My alternator is good. Everytime i jump start my car and i shut it off it does not turn back on without jumping it. I checked my fuses and they look fine, but that was just the tiny ones, i haven't checked the big ones.
