check engine light blinks repeatedly

What is your question?

I have a 1995 Toyota Corolla. I went in to the store and came back out and the car wouldn't start. It turns over but won't crank. I towed it home, connected the E1 to TE1 to check the error code, turned the ignition to the "on" position and the check engine lights just blinks repeatedly. NO code. What now?
