How do I diagnose an intermiten starting problem

What is your question?

vehicle will intermitently start and shut off right away. I replaced the distributor, CMP circuit connector terminal.Checked the fuel pressure in the line, OBD is giving me codes 13 & 14.

Lab Scope ignition & fuel pump relay control circuits, to determine which goes away first. does it have an aftermarket security system ?
