My car makes a whistling sound when I accelerate, I have checked the timing and it is perfect?

Could be the serpentine belt or the bearings in one of the pulleys. Couldn't be sure unless I heard the noise. Can you rev the vehicle in idle and hear the noise? Or does in only do it while in motion? If the vehicle is in motion to hear it, its a whole different issue than what I am currently thinking.

Also could be vacuum or exhaust leak....... No such thing as perfect timing,............ even on an engine!

It only happens when driving the car, and it is coming from the exhaust pipe, checked the catalytic converter, checked my exhaust, checked the valves, checked for vacuum leaks.
