camshaft not rotating with crankshaft but timing belt is on

Timing belt has 'teeth' missing! .. It's just slipping on the crank gear - not rotating... Common failure on belt that's well past due the recommended replacement interval - OR - another timing component has failed as well and caused this.... Disassembly required!
