How to change the clock time?

What is your question?

I know how to get to the screen to setup the time, but it will not change. The buttons highlight when I press them but nothing changes. I've had the car for almost a year, and I haven't been able to change it. All other functions on the radio works, except when it comes to changing the time.

How long has your 2017 Toyota Camry had this problem?
