My car pulls to right or left only while going at slow speed

Do you notice if it pulls while on neighbor hood streets at slow speeds? I ask because the road crown is usually greater in residential areas and can add to a little veering off from the center. If not and this happens on all roads you will need to have it put on an alignment rack for an inspection. Alex
