What is your question?
noise under the front of the car. It is a rubbing/rattling noise. It sounds like a possible wind noise? How do identify it and get rid of it? It has made the noise for about 15000 miles, and I am getting rather tired of it.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It does not change from time to time, only when driving it over + or - 40 MPH
How long has your 2015 Toyota Camry had this problem?
A couple years

Have this noise evaluated by an automotive professional technician. This could be a concern with your wheel bearing, for example, or another front suspension or steering component. Don't let it go, be sure to have it checked, as failure may occur preventing operation of your vehicle.
Had the same problem on an earlier year model Camry - the ambient temperature sensor located behind the grill had become dislodged from it’s mounting and hanging down with the wiring still attached - at about 40 mph I would hear this rattling/bumping noise.. I ‘finally’ found that rather odd wind related problem and easily fixed it. Now this is in no way related to your particular concern but just to let you know just how difficult it is going to be for anyone to locate this as the vehicle must be in motion before noise occurs.. Some repair facilities will have a device (chassis ear) that will help locate noises from suspension and some drivetrain components - this is just one option to consider. Good luck!
I have many stories about odd wind or ram air related vehicle noises I’ve personally repaired over the years - some are indeed quite interesting .. Each of which had it’s own degree of difficulty.
