What is your question?
Car has 250,000 miles in 4 years and drives 1300 miles a week. No problems yet - would like to keep it that way.

Hello, the chain and tensioner are not serviced for the life of the vehicle. Should you have timing chain noise or suspect out-of-time condition, certainly you can tear down to inspect. However, this seems unnecessary as a matter of "maintenance".
Proper maintenance is the key to drivetrain longevity! No need to check the timing components unless there is a related issue.
You may get another 250,000 miles without major problems if property maintained.
