What is your question?
My car would not start so I went to jump it and had the leads switched on my battery. When I went to start it the car started but when I pressed the gas pedal the engine did not rev, it stayed idle at 1,000 RPM’s. I was told I might have blown a fuse but I’m not sure which fuse it would be or if it’s a bigger problem.

We can only offer assistance based on posted information - recommendation - seek *hands-on* help from auto repair savvy individual that is familiar with testing fuses - in this case ALL FUSES. Good luck!
Unfortunately there is no repair protocol for hooking up jumper cables backwards!
