Can I reuse new oil?

First - you did NOT have to drain the 'engine oil' from the oil pan to replace the oil filter! .. 'IF' the oil IS clean - with NO trash or other debris in it - it is ok to use the oil.

make sure the drain pan was not dirty before the oil change. if it was clean then reuse it.
