Traction and Engine indicator Lights Both On. What is the issue?

The traction control system light and the engine malfunction indicator lights are both on in my vehicle. I have OBD fault codes P0441 and P0455. A few months ago my ABS light stayed on and I took it to Toyota to get fixed (not sure if its related). How serious is this? What is the issue? and is this something I can take to a local mechanic over the dealer? thx
What makes this problem better or worse?
N/A - but there is a loud rattling noise that occurs when I first turn the car on, that has been happening for a while. It goes away after a few second the engine is on,

Codes are evaporative emissions (EVAP) related .. When there is an operating systems malfunction - traction control system is temporarily terminated by default ..
