How much does it cost to rebuild a 2009 camry

I have a 2009 Toyota Camry and needs a rebuilt engine. Cars currently at firestone and they diagnosed the car as having water in engine. They can't fix nor would I want them to fix. I just need an estimate. Or any advice would b great. Thank you
