what causes rough idle when stopped otherwise car is smooth running when moving

Could be the engine mounts. May want to start with one at time. Maybe torque strut mount and or front mount. Also could be a dirty throttle body.

Does it change if shifted to reverse, neutral or drive? A/C on/off make any difference??
