What is your question?
So Goodyear replaced the fuel pump but gas is still not getting thru the car. So they said that it's needing to cleaned out but fuel flush fluid won't work for it. It's some type of sludge someone put in the gas tank so it's at the bottom of it. What can be done be a mechanic that doesn't have a machine to push chemicals through to the injection system and can it be rented by an autopart store?

If there is sludge in the fuel tank and there is enough of it to block the fuel pump you will have to remove the fuel tank and clean it. You do not want to try and flush what ever is in the fuel tank into the new pump and injectors.
First,i agree with answer #1.any time you replace the fuel pump in a vehicle, the tank should be inspected for crap in the tank with a flash light and mirror and should be cleaned of crap in it.Goodyear knows that and i know they charged way more than enough to clean it out anyways.no one put that crap in there,it comes out of the big tanks where fuel is bought.the pump assembly has to be removed again after tank dropped again, washed out,let dry and pump assembly installed back in it.and don't ever pump gas somewhere when the fuel tanker is there putting fuel in the tanks in the ground, because all that crap in the ground tanks is now pumping in your car.
