What is your question?
drove 85 miles stopped for gas, after fill up it wouldn't run more than three seconds and/ or just turn over and not fire ( tried for an hour)battery is only three months old it turned over fine when trying to start and oil only has 1000 miles since last change and is full. I have never had troubles with this car before. Had it towed 85 miles home and after it started right up and seems to be fine. Any thoughts?

Here’s one possibility - raw gas entered the EVAP system during re-fueling and temporarily flooded the engine - this is actually not an unusual occurrence with all make vehicles. This issue can be the result of habitually “topping off” fuel tank when filling. Holding accelerator to floor while CRANKING engine will help ‘clear flood’ engine until repairs can be completed. This is only an online guess as *hands-on* testing will be required to discover the actual culprit. Good luck!
