What is your question?
when driving the car and engaging the brakes to come to a complete stop the car lurches forward and the impact of coming to a stop creates a feeling like your were just rear end? This only occurs once the car has come to a complete stop. or thereabout. There is no issue accelerating from a stoped/start position, the brakes are in good shape, no pulling to either side when braking and no vibrations or other sound from the car.
What makes this problem better or worse?
consistant condition regardless of other factors

I had the same issue and found out exactly what the problem was. Have the mechanic check for these two issues: One - Have the brakes bleed to see if there is any air in the lines. Or Two (which was my issue) - Brake Master Cylinder is going and on the verge of failing. I have 166,425 miles on my 2004 Camry and unfortunately it's the age of the car now. Mine was replaced for $324 and it's makes a MASSIVE difference. Car stopped lurching while I'm waiting at a light and the pedal doesn't depress all the way down anymore. Good luck.
Since this is persistent - have experienced mechanic test drive so this can be evaluated *hands-on*.. Impossible to diagnose here online.
