Whenever Switch is on then waterfluid,Battery and Check Engine sign is on.

Whenever I started the car then all 3 lights are gone and car runs smooth. Only 1 issue I have found sometimes it hessiate if I accelare my car from steady speed. I went to Toyota service center.They told me that there isno Engine code in car. spark plug is fine. It might be transmission issue. Even I have also installed new battery but before starting the car when switch/power is on again 3 signals (water fuild,batter and check engine) are coming. but after starting the engine all are vanish. Can anyone suggest me about the issue?
