What is your question?
I know this is a stiffer strut, but should I constantly feel like a bobble head while riding down the highway? I would not be able to drink from a half-filled glass without spilling because of the terrible ride. How can these struts be recommended as OEM replacements for a 2003 Toyota Camry? In addition to the horrible ride, the right front strut creaks and groans.
How long has your 2003 Toyota Camry had this problem?
A couple of weeks

This is not normal and I suspect an issue with the strut that makes noise. It could have an internal failure causing the rough ride. I'd look over the install first but then consider swapping the noisy one out. Use this link to find a good shop near you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
As Alex stated, and also the engine size makes a difference on the rear/ready/quick strut plus, front are the same for 4 cyl and the 6 cyl. I was just about to order a set of the same struts for my Camry from rockauto.com, but I will wait for you to report your findings back here before I purchase mine.
Quite possibly wrong parts application .. I installed Detroit Axle complete struts on an 02 Camry - was very pleased with outcome.. Gotta be certain the correct vehicle information is provided to the parts supplier. In any event - I'd return to the installer for *hands-on* evaluation.
10-4. Was just pondering on it,thought I'd ask. Fixin to do mine and Detroit Axle is same part #'s as rockauto and Detroit Axle is a few bucks cheaper than the Rock, unless they add sales tax when you check out, which rockauto does not, although Detroit is Free Shipping!
Been so long now I can’t remember whether I got em from Amazon or eBay.. It was a good deal though - best I could find at the time anyway.
IF you are the installer - seek *hands-on* assistance from local auto repair facility.
Pushrod>Question... Wondering why Monroe Quick Struts and Detroit Axle Quick Struts are the same exact Part Numbers for my 98 Camry 2.2L, Difference or the same??? Just noticed when you mentioned Detroit Axle....
Probably like everything else these days - it all comes out of the same spigot! I had good luck with the ones I put on the 02 Camry - now the wife totaled it about a year later but no problems with the struts.. Naturally rode a little stiffer but it’s supposed to do that with new struts and coils.
It’s jus like buying anything else - can easily get a dud now and again.
