What is your question?
I have a 2001 Toyota Camry and I just took it to the shop because the brakes were squeaking. The machaninc said that if I don't replace my struts soon, they could punch through the casing and would result in repairs over $5,000, or more than the car is worth. Is there any validity that if I don't change my struts, they will cause this much more damage?

Yes, it was Meinake (sp?). He sounds like a salesman, but he works in the garage, so I think he wears 2 hats. Thanks for the reply.
