What is your question?
Vehicle: Toyota Camry 2001 CNG 4 cylinder. Problem: Slow acceleration. Cannot get past ~50MPH. -Replaced throttle position sensor -Replaced spark plugs -Replaced spark plug leads -Replaced spark plug coil packs -Replaced transmission filter -Replaced transmission fluid -Replaced car battery -Replaced cat con -Tried cigar trick from Scotty Kilmar's video for air leaks by blowing smoke through the intake. I got high and feel like crap. I didn't see any air leaks. -Only other thing I can think of is fuel filter or fuel injectors.
How long has your 2001 Toyota Camry had this problem?
Months

Well, since you're guessing at it,change the fuel filter. It would have been a lot cheaper to start with the fuel filter compared to what you've already replaced/spent, it's around 10 bucks at local parts stores.
This could be as simple as a clogged catalytic converter or a seized brake caliper too. I gotta say, after seeing the parts cost from your list of replacements, you would do much better cost-wise to have the vehicle diagnosed professionally. I'm just about certain it would have been cheaper for you ... it often is. If you want a back yard mechanic version of checking the catalytic converter, disconnect the exhaust pipe before the catalytic converter, get ready for some noise, and see if it accelerates like normal.
