Date 1/16/15 I bought this car at 85k, now has 250 k, and have never adjusted the valves. Engine run strong and gets great mileage. Do I really need to adjust the valves?

If it is not broken......don't fix it. Just keep up on regular maintenance.

Non-adjustable , hydraulic. Are they noisy?

According to the "book" valves should be adjusted every 30000 miles, so I would guess hydraulics. No they are not noisy.
