Overheating after replacing radiator, hoses, thermostat. Only one fan works

What is your question?

Only one fan comes on and not sure if the water pump is working properly. Filled the system less the thermostat and removed the cap to see if the coolant flowed which it seemed to d. I am stumpted

If only one fan is working, check the connection/switch to the other fan. Even though both fans are supposed to come on at the same time, I think the fans are controlled independently of each other. When was the last time the water pump was replaced?
