PO125 and system lean bank one

If this is a 3.0 V6, try cleaning the throttle body. I had this issue and cleaning the throttle body took care of my 1997 avalon 3.0

i believe this is typically an oxygen sensor going which will cause i miss read in the air fuel ratio which throws that code i would get the oxygen sensor on bank 1 replaced

or poss vac leak
