Where is the egr valve located

don't go to replacing the valve just yet(costly),you most likely have a carbon blockage.it could be a few different things,but the P0401 is egr insuff flow! depending on if 4cyl or 6 cyl,auto or manual,it takes a different valve if it's a 4 cyl,if it's bad? testing needs to be done first. i once knew a guy who just replaced everything on his egr system,only to find out he wasted all that money only to find out he had carbon a blockage! see video below as example.. www.engine-codes.com/p0401_2001_toyota_camry.html www.youtube.com/watch?v=ms5C6vDHCww
