Heat and air control panal lights are not working

Wow, first two answers seemed either stupid or sarcastic. First check fuses, if not that then it may be the bulbs themselves. There are two bulbs behind the panel, they may need to be replaced, its a rather simple job.

You need to check to see if your dimmer is turned down all the way. You may have a problem with the dimmer itself. I will need more information about your car like do you have automatic headlights, what type of car do you have. Most likely you just have your dimmer turned all the way down.
