Battery going dead 96 camry

What is your question?

New battery and alternator Dec 2019. Wiring appears okay. Slow (.01 volt per 15 sec) drain on battery, overnight dead as can be. How do I isolate faulting circuit? Does diagnosti machine find this type problem?
