Coil sends spark to the distributor cap where it is transferred to the rotor - the spinning rotor then sends spark out to each spark plug wire - in firing order sequence. Symptoms indicative of defective cap or rotor. BOTH should be replaced. 👉 Assuming there is ENOUGH spark from coil (?) Good luck!
