Where is the fuel pump relay. Located.new fuel pump n filter won't start why not

Additional information: Simply turning key to the ON position does not turn this pump on!.. The *computer* controls the 'circuit opening relay' when engine is cranking or running which in turn sends power to the fuel pump.. There is no emergency shut off, as the engine stops rotating, pump voltage is terminated!
