no power to fuel pump or ignition have replaced fuel pump efi main circuit open relays and ignition coil. engine turns over but does not start

Check distributor rotation while helper cranks engine.. 'Possible' timing belt issue.. Fuel pump must get rotation signal for power! Just turning key on doesn't send power to pump ... Check engine light working?... Light up when key is turned on?
