Obviously not timed properly! .. Marks may have appeared to be aligned correctly - however after assembly - that is not the case!

Should I time it with timing light? I had everything at tdc when I did my timing belt. The car idles fine but when in gear it wants to shudder as if it's not getting enough fuel.
