Why does my 1991 Toyota Camry have transmission slippage and grinding noise

The differential is a completely seperate unit from the transmission! ... The actual lubrication for the diff rarely gets checked because most people think the transmission fluid takes care of it all.. That why! .. The transmission is likely ok... The differential is likely damaged!
