JBL sound system freezes

What is your question?

The sound system (JBL) freezes. From the on/off volume control to any button on screen nothing happens when you touch anything. You can't make a blue tooth phone call. It occurs whether it is on the radio or playing music through my phone. The freeze will last a few minutes and then the system resets as it does when you first get in the car. It happens regularly, as often as twice in 15 minutes.
