Humming noise only at 40+ mph on 2010 v6 Camry 80,000 miles?

Why is there would be a faint humming noise when i hit 40+ mph and it is a consistent humming, doesn't get louder with speed. The sounds seems to be from the front passenger side. I tried turn the wheel left and right to see if it is wheel bearings, but it isn't as I do not hear any changes with the sound. Tires are new and alignment was recently done. Sometimes I do not hear the humming at all as well, not sure if it is that subtle of a sound that I would lose it if I do not focus on it or it actually disappeared. Am I just being paranoid or could there be an underlying problem?

Possible RAM AIR noise - manipulate climate controls - - lower all windows then raise back up - does noise change ?
